POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
• Join our team of two psychologists and one developmental behavioral pediatrician in our state-of-the-art pediatric specialty outpatient center which is home to 15 pediatric specialty clinics. We serve a vibrant and diverse patient population with many families who are multilingual.
• Provide interdisciplinary developmental-behavioral evaluations and care of young children with developmental and behavioral health needs including questions of autism, intellectual disabilities, genetic disorders, and other complex neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Collaboration with multiple divisions of Baystate Children's Hospital, community resources, and schools.
• Combination of clinical care and resident and medical student teaching with faculty appointment at UMMS Chan- Baystate.
• Lead in the development of innovative approaches to teaching interns and residents and oversee the educational mission of the division. Research opportunities available and encouraged.
• Flexible FTE- we are happy to consider those with full time or part time interests.
• Qualifications: ABMS BE/BC Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities.
• Our compensation package consists of a base salary of between $195,000- $242,500 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications) and annual incentive bonus opportunities.
