Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region's largest multispecialty group. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Baystate Breast Specialists and Surgical Oncology practice, based in Springfield, MA.
Join a highly respected academic breast surgery team where you'll enjoy an outpatient-only practice, no call responsibilities, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to provide specialized breast and melanoma care in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
•Join a comprehensive breast program with dedicated breast radiology, genetics, pathology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, and reconstructive surgery services.
•Work alongside an established team of 4 Breast Surgeons, Breast Surgery Fellow and Surgical Oncologist in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
•This position is a blend of 75% Breast Surgery and 25% Surgical Oncology (Melanoma) care.
•100% outpatient practice, MondayFriday schedule (8:00 AM5:00 PM) with no call, no weekends, and no holiday coverage.
•Perform office-based procedures including post-operative evaluations, drain management, and other minor procedural care at the Baystate Breast and Wellness Center and designated satellite offices.
•The APP will manage independent follow-up clinics, survivorship visits, treatment-related symptom management, and procedural care while collaborating closely with surgeons and oncology specialists.
•This position is full time.

Qualifications: Board Certified Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
Compensation: $134,415 - $170,260 plus comprehensive benefits and retirement contributions.
The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full-time commitment for exempt employees.
