Baystate Health, western Massachusetts' premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School Baystate, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join High Street Community Health Center.
Position Highlights:
•Join a well-established and dedicated team of physicians and advanced practitioners providing outpatient innovative and compassionate, comprehensive, and community-based care to the inner-city, predominantly Hispanic/Latino community. NACQ patient centered medical home.
• Care for an adult patient population with complex needs and health disparities in an academic setting.
• Opportunity to work closely with residents from the Baystate's Internal Medicine Residency Program and Advanced Practice Students from local programs.
• Multi-disciplinary team with on-site support from: certified nurse-midwives, behavioral health services, opioid addiction treatment program, HIV medical care and support services, laboratory services, pharmacy, and social services.

Compensation: The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
Salary Range: $126,000-$159,600
Qualifications: Board Eligible or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
