We are seeking a Gastroenterologist specializing in Inflammatory Bowel Disease at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
• Our integrated Division of Gastroenterology consists of 14 GIs, 1 Advanced Endoscopist Fellow and 10 APPs across our academic medical center and community hospitals.
• Lead a regional, multidisciplinary IBD program with a strong referral network and great support from colorectal surgery, pathology, radiology and clinical research.
• Faculty appointment to UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate. You will have the opportunity to teach 6 GI fellows, IM residents, and participate in academic programs, conferences and lectures.
• Call is 1:8 weekends.

Qualifications: ABMS BC/BE in Gastroenterology with training or interest in IBD.
Compensation: $530,000-650,000
The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full-time commitment for exempt employees.
